Today my MS student, Vana Mahabir, successfully defended her Masters thesis focused on the development of a pig model of transgender men and the effects of testosterone therapy on both metabolism and reproduction.

It’s hard to believe that after nearly 25 years, today is my last day of work at the Gates Foundation. I want to extend an extra special thank you to foundation colleagues & alumni for all they’ve taught me over the years & for all the ways they’re carrying this work forward. ❤
