Hi@MaBakerBakes Anne, sorry I don't know how to dm, here with very slow starter, 24hrs after I made poolish had coalesced so added flour salt and hot water. Now in tin no change at 2 hrs, at six it is softer round edges and imperceptible rise. Should I wait overnight to bake?
