There's also telemedicine abortion, a type of medication abortion. Instead of going to the clinic, you talk with a clinician via video or phone, and the same mife and miso pills you would get in the clinic are mailed to you. This is legal in 31 states. Very safe & effective.

I was just asked to be on The National to discuss Roe and abortion...and then I found out it would be a panel with a "pro-life/anti-abortion" voice. I am livid and sent this reply. I couldn't care less if this means I will not be asked back to the CBC. It needed to be said.

A patient from Michigan posted this in an arthritis Facebook group - has anyone else heard of patients on methotrexate for inflammatory arthritis being denied methotrexate after Fridays Roe v Wade overturn, due to it causing miscarriage? I’m sincerely hoping this was a one off…

The case I posted yesterday from Michigan is not an isolated one. We need to advocate for access to methotrexate, which slows down disease activity; if the disease activity is not slowed down my lifespan is reduced by 7 years. We have a right to live too.
