Nice depiction of the 3⃣ clival divisions & their #neurovascular relationship: 🙂 ✅ Upper = Sella turcica to Dorello’s canal. ✅ Mid = Inferior border of sphenoidal sella to level of the choana. ✅ Lower = Extends to the CCJ. #NeuroRad #RadRes #NeuroSurgery #SkullBase
