The study (funded by BIAL Foundation) conducted by research team Centre for Cognitive & Clinical Neuroscience 🧠 and BHU Official shows that regular meditation practice affects sensorimotor processing. Meditators reporting non-dual awareness during practice showed superior sensorimotor gating, relative to those without.

More evidence that sleep matters in chronotype-mental health relationship, from the UK and Germany. Our new paper is now published in MDPI (mdpi.com) Ulrich Ettinger Rakesh Pandey (राकेश पाण्डेय) Centre for Cognitive & Clinical Neuroscience 🧠 Brunel Research
