Birkbeck is home to many neurodivergent people having their second chance, following their dreams when other what you might think of as 'traditional' higher education institutions didn't see or appreciate their potential.

Giving candidates the interview questions beforehand and allowing them to have their notes (and questions) in front of them during resulted in the BEST set of answers I have ever seen from candidates at interview. 1/2
