MSc Psychology passed. I'm very proud for so many reasons. Studying when neurodivergent can be hard..but it is possible. However study isn't for everyone and just because you might be capable of something doesn't mean you have to do it. Do You❤️💪

A reminder that an inclusive and trauma-informed approach does not harm anyone, but will reduce possible harm to others who might need it..

ND overwhelm, paralysis shame, and anxiety are real. Sometimes my job involves just being there silently while a student makes a phonecall, writes and email or fills a form in or we do it together. Telling them it's important is unhelpful as is assuming ND people are unaware...
