Relax. Take in a deep breath. So simple. So easily forgotten.

You can hold your ground without being agitated. Be rooted.

Instead of saying “bullshit”, politely say, “it doesn’t resonate”, or “it doesn’t make sense”.

When disagreeing with what a person does, ask if they’re willing to modify. Consensual agreement’s better than telling her what’s wanted.

Look at how some people you like, speak with others intimately and avoid getting too hurt.

Love is the answer.

Like balancing a stick on one’s finger, it takes attention to stay in tune with the infinite. There are other ways for staying in tune.

Consider the spiritual practice of not criticizing other’s behavior, based on interpretations from your worldview.

Things don’t always go to plan. Many people aren’t loyal or loving. Life is often in flux. However things have a way of somehow working out.

Many mistakenly hope others will change. It’s unfortunate to get trapped in hoping others will change.
