Low profile flow diverters stents came to make our job easier and safer. Some years ago the endovascular treatment of this giant carotid ophthalmic aneurysm would be very difficult.

So Daniel Abud did it. Balloon remodelling was effective to do a dense coil cast while preserving the fetal PCom.
