I was lucky enough to be able to chat at length with the national outcomes registry team at #BOAAC24 this week. Had to take a photo of my favourite slide 'cos who doesn't love #PROMs? Great vision & I think there should be nothing here we can't handle in our current plans.

Tom Smith Brilliant thread Tom. I totally agree. We also should be measuring patient centred quality metrics including PROMs and PREMs not just LOS, beds, etc. These patient centred KPI’s will likely inform those processes that should be added value to patient care.
