In the NICU, parents are essential and play a crucial role on their babies well-being. Your presence and touch, through kangaroo care and hand hugging, are magical for your baby.

Parents often tell us that they weren't sure how to interact with their babies at first in the neonatal unit. Tell us about the moments that you shared with your baby on the unit - be it reading stories, singing songs or providing care.
