A CULTURAL Power! Xi Jinping conducts state business in SA in the Chinese language. Ironically, Ramaphosa conducts state business in a "foreign language" that about 90% of his people don't understand. How would it be if Ranaphosa conducted state business in China in TshiVenda?

NOBODY has thus far accounted for Xi Jinping's absence from the BRICS Summit. He was in SA with Ramaphosa earlier today. It would be an interesting diplomatic move if his absence was a subtle solidarity gesture to Putin for being barred from physically attending the Summit.

UNITE for Land! Me whispering something at the PAC Policy Conference at the Olive Conference Convention in eThekwini this past Saturday, 26 August. It is the will of the God of the Oppressed that AZAPO and the PAC must work together. Building the Azania Block.

AFRIKA Unite! The occasion is the ATM Policy Conference in Umgababa this Sunday, 27 August. In the picture are ATM President Vuyo Zungula, APC President Themba Godi, PAC President Mzwanele Nyhontso and AZAPO President Nelvis Qekema. It is possible. No turning back.

PERHAPS I'm unpatriotic or not easily hoodwinked. Could be I'm fixated in the past, which is part of the present. The Bokke have a nasty aftertaste. I used not "eat" them at all before 1994. I tried post-1994. Aftertaste is unbearable. Not even the Kolisi treatment is working...

IN what resembles an "Afrika Spring", one more coup removes the Bongo Dynasty in Gabon. It's difficult not to be excited by the coups' anti-colonial rhetoric. Street celebrations are understandable. Experience tells us to be worried. Repression for repression. Wait for curfews.

In response to America's accusation, Modise swears no weapons loaded on Lady R. Arms Control Committee agrees. Ramaphosa ignores them and spends taxpayers' money for a Commission to say what Modise and Committee said. A decisive leader would have told America to go to hell.
