We are all very excited about our new ward based reablement pilot with King George's Hospital.

When we found out most of us were on site today we were able to do our weekly meeting face to face for once instead of online. That's a pleasant change :-)

Our pilot programme of Ward Based Reablement with BHRUT NHS 🏥 King George Hospital is reducing the number of days people spend in hospital by getting people mobilising and more independent sooner. One of the ways our team is making a difference on #NHS pressure.

Our ward based pilot supported a patient admitted after a fall who had been independent until then but lost confidence. He was likely to be referred to long term care but with Reablement on the ward he was home 4 days sooner with continued Reablement support at home. #OTWeek23
