Switching just 1 trip a day from 🚗 to 🚴 or 🚶‍♂️ = almost 30% less transport CO2 for the ave UK urban resident. If 1 in 5 did this in 🇪🇺 it’d cut emissions from all 🚗 travel in 🇪🇺 by 8%. The potential impact of active travel on CO2 could be huge Active Travel England Department for Transport
