As this week goes on it seems increasingly important to not be part of a silence. I live and work in a world enriched and stronger for its diversity. I live for tolerance and inclusion. I stand against racism, xenophobia and the politics of hate.

It’s very odd and scary to be on the other side but thank you NHS Lothian for the exceptional care today. Every single person from the receptionist to the consultants were awesome. Very proud to be your colleague. Edinburgh EM Caroline Hiscox

It is incredible to have JAMA editor in chief Kirsten Bibbins-Domingo come and speak Institute for Regeneration and Repair. Thought provoking discussion about the role of medical journals in the conversation we have with the public, stake holders and scientists.
