🔴Day 2 of #DrHeshamQari’s elective in advanced therapeutic endoscopy at KFHU was a win! 🩺 F3 GI Fellow nailed ERCPs with one cholangioscope for large stone breakdown & EUS cases with smooth intubation + perfect pancreas orientation via gastric station. More to come! 💥
