A great, engaging and useful panel discussion happened IISER Mohali today. Dept. of Biological Sciences (DBS), IISER Mohali had its first kind of panel talk with the support from DBS faculty. Discussion started with how to choose a post-doc lab and ended with the change in trend of women's participation in #STEM.
