Had to get my big coat out this morning. Seems strange after the last few weeks. It had an upside though - I found a Cadbury’s Creme Egg in the pocket. 😁

I didn’t manage the full stone but I’ve dropped a solid 9 pounds and I’m pleased with that but going to carry on throughout June. I feel better for being back nearer to my ideal weight.

It’s a toss up between these two for me - one urban and one rural. I like them both.

A pigeon just flew low overhead and deposited its cargo mid flight which landed one step ahead of me on the ground. I think it was aiming for me. I’m taking it as a win. Neet 1 - Pigeon 0.
