I just had to pause after finishing episode 5 “The Tell-Tale Heart” to credit T'Nia Miller for leaving me equal parts choked up, engaged, and absolutely horrified. Fantastic episode. Mike Flanagan really has done it again with this series.

I’m really not crazy about the fact that they are making a documentary about a complete psychopath look as though it’s some intriguing horror movie. The thing that pisses me off the most is calling it “haunted“ when it’s nothing more than a torture endurance test. Fuck that guy.

I grew up with my mom listening to only Christian music. It’s funny how it’s the only genre to sound completely hollow. Music in itself is a higher expression. Yet somehow Christian music seems to lack the very thing it’s supposed to be expressing. It just sounds empty.

I always thought Dave aka Dave talking about being one of the best rappers alive was just a joke on the show. A funny one actually. But honestly, I think I might be starting to believe it. Not the best but far better than I gave him credit for; why the show was needed.
