How do you Kill a Team Culture? Drip by Drip… - Skip reps - Show up late - Blame others - Take-off plays - Negative energy - No accountability - Sloppy in practice - No team cohesion - No communication - Bad body language - Complain about calls Don't be a culture killer.

PLAYERS: Anyone can have a good attitude when they're playing well, the team is winning, they're getting minutes, or the refs are not "picking on them". But a player's true self shows when things are not going well. Have a good attitude regardless of the circumstances.
