Interesting, if doomed, JR arguing that failure by council landlord to make physical changes to a flat as reasonable adjustment for tenant’s disability fell under Part 3 Equality Act, not excluded by Part 4. (Also council had acted reasonably) bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/…
