Corruption in Politics-Why does it Matter? Last weekend we were in Montenegro launching the Regional Party Integrity Task Force with our partners from CDA, Martens Centre and RSI. Party representatives from 10 countries of SEE are devising strategies to promote integrity.

This weekend we are in Albania. With European Liberal Forum we launch #SEEGenPolNetwork which brings together voices of women politicians cross party, cross border to build consensus for action on tackling Violence against women in politics (VAW-P)

Last weekend parties from SEE were in Vienna,Austria learning from inspiring stories of NEOS - Die Reformkraft. The sessions explored transparency in party finance, anti-corruption, tech innovations in “re-engaging the disenchanted”, and strategies for engaging women and young party members.

Women political leaders from 10 SEE countries pledge to prevent and stop violence against women in public space. We're launching the #SEEGenPolNetwork and crafting action plans to offer training, guidance, and support across SEE, driving lasting change! European Liberal Forum

Our mentorship program #IntegrityLeaders is well underway. After the first module in mid-June, participants are working on party anti-corruption projects, reinforcing the relationship between transparency/accountability in political parties and democracy. Socialdemokraterna
