Michael Lepard with Unlit Games talking VR in video games. He was always told you "had to know someone" to break into the industry. Not so!

Lepard had no prior experience, just taught himself with online tutorials.

Lepard predicts VR will go mainstream. Hard to go back to "regular " gaming if you've played w VR.

Unlit's 8(ish) person staff is spread out (Colorado, UK, Poland, the Triangle). They use Skype and Discord to communicate.
