I've been using Github Copilot for a couple days and it's been bad. It keeps giving me obviously incorrect suggestions. For example, this just happened.

The doctrine orm baffles me. Like, sure it’s approach let’s you do really complex things, but why does it make simple things so hard? Maybe it’s just a docs issue though. I would say 90% of the time I leave the docs feeling more confused then when I arrived. #php #Laravel

Hey Vladimir Dementyev! Loving the new book so far. I got the Apple Books version. One note is the code blocks are kinda messed up. Not sure if you can contact someone about fixing them

Smart people often write the worst code because they're more comfortable with complexity and have larger working memory. I've encountered this so many times in my career Don't write ✍️ code for the smart people. Assume the person looking at it cannot fit complexity in their head

This entire thread is why programmers should take a design course or two. APIs are UIs The same design principles that apply to building a good onboarding form apply to building a good API.

Rough day today as many of us got laid off from Industrial Logic. Let's have a chat and discuss how I can help your company create an amazing quality product. I appreciate any connections or opportunities that you can offer. #OpenToWork

Car was broken into overnight. Luggage taken with laptop inside. So far, Johnson Insurance have bounced me between three departments and no help. Hold for the 4th time 🤷 Just want my computer, I have shit to do for work 🙄

Johnson Insurance I’ve called four times, been hung up on once, transferred departments several times only to tell me that it’s not covered. Looks like insurance shopping starts early this year…
