[1/4] The National Self-Harm Registry Ireland reports: ▶️12,661 self-harm presentations to hospital by 9,533 individuals in 2021 ▶️A rate of 196 per 100,000 individuals presenting to hospital following self-harm in 2021, similar to the rate of 200 per 100,000 reported in 2020

[4/4] The Registry informs core actions in Ireland’s National Strategy to Reduce Suicide 2015-2024, #ConnectingforLife, and the National Clinical Programme Self Harm & S Ideation It is a key component of the outcome’s framework being used to monitor the progress of CfL and to examine the impact of implemented actions
