It's almost the weekend. Have a lovely Friday.

Never take inflatables to the beach. Strong currents and offshore winds can easily sweep them out to sea. Instead, leave them at home and enjoy them safely in the pool. If you see an inflatable that's been blown out to sea, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard. #WaterSafety

Cliffs can be unstable. Stay back from edges, follow signposted paths, wear suitable footwear, take care in poor visibility, avoid climbing, and beware of strong winds.  In a coastal emergency, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.  #CliffSafety #CoastalWalking

Looks like a lovely Summery day. It's also Spring tides around now, so beware of being cut off by incoming tides if you're doing a walk by the coast. Have a great Bank Holiday Monday.

The tide goes from a height of 0.91 m at 07:58 to 6.65 m at 13:59 today. That's a lot of water rushing in!

We're in a time of big tidal ranges.... don't get cut off on your coastal walks!
