Today we had the opportunity to Zoom with John Harris, an earthquake engineer. John taught us how he detects earthquakes, and solutions he and his team come up with to improve monitoring because as we know earthquakes aren't going away. I got to watch a few of my students play their last flag football game. The dad told me that when they were getting out of the car, my student told his brother to look for me in the stands. Watching them do cartwheels on the sidelines, being kids, is priceless. Franklin Elementary
