Just had hire boat pass us - fast under blind bend bridge, no horn, boat coming the other way; fortunately very slowly so could stop. Woman on hire boat was steering with her bum whilst eating what I think was cake on a plate & she had big headphones on so could hear nothing.🤷🏻‍♂️
