I’ve introduced a bill to repeal the PREP Act. I call the PREP Act “medical malpractice martial law” because it nullifies all state laws (during a Presidentially declared pandemic) that would otherwise allow victims of corporations to seek justice in a courtroom.

If the schools can’t enforce their own rules, they can’t enforce state law. Are you suggesting they now bring in cops to arrest kids with cell phones? Trying to justify silly laws can twist you into a pretzel.
