This is the misunderstanding with PLM, i.e. MAGIC CARPET. It is not automation. It is a fundamental shift in the way the flight controls operate (and you fly the ball) in the landing environment, inherent in the aircraft flight control software.

Make them where? Where is the U.S. company that is standing by to make them? Apple doesn't manufacture their phones, they contract it out. This is how almost every single importing company works. They don't own the factories, they contract with them. So, who is building them?
