I write stories and books and I also have a YouTube channel. Despite this, I have no idea what I'm doing in general.

I really wish History would stop happening for like 10 years so I could catch up on all the History I haven't had time to read about yet. We're getting like a book of new information a week. At this rate, I'll always be behind.

The whole "Reject humanity, return to monke" meme kind of falls apart if you read anything about what other great apes actually do. Like, you know chimpanzees have wars, too, right? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gombe_Chi…

Sometimes I feel that illiteracy fears are overblown, but the fact that someone apparently felt the need to actually print and publish this feels...grim. And I doubt this is even making the novel more accesible; seems like it will just scare people off.

Maybe I'm just disconnected from the youth of today, but I don't think I've ever heard anyone using the word skibidi except in relation to the whole 'brainrot' meme. The reaction to this word's existence seems out of proportion to its actual prevalence. Do kids really say this?

It's honestly impressive how this meme embodies both stupidity and cruelty in equal measure. They gloat about lacking empathy while completely misunderstanding the study in question. Difficult to fathom that people can be both so incurious and so evil.
