Today I finished the chapter called MBA life😊 officially walked for my degree from Capella University. The commencement speaker Dr. Harris said “don’t let others put a ceiling in your SKY” I won’t forget this - now I got things to do!!!!

Just had the absolute worst experience with americanair. My flight attendant expressed they were going to show me “how rude he can get” and absolutely took it there.

When strangers on a plane tell your employees that they have acted wrong in a situation that has nothing to do with them how do you handle that americanair. When other AA employees tell their peer they are wrong - an F1 employee trumps that?

Spent hours on delayed - rescheduled flights today. Started travel at 3pm and it’s 1am and I am still not at my destination. ATL to Va. 2 delayed flights resulted in 2 missed connections. americanair that’s unacceptable.
