A fabulous multi million pound London apartment, simply beautiful. But- the fan coil unit was installed without access to be maintained. The filter media on the #FCU inlet had been damaged and incorrectly fitted - how was this ever signed off?? #MVHR installation was also bad.

This AHU had been very well maintained, but the air intake louvre to outside was extremely blocked up. Therefore, recirculating the air from inside the plantroom!
