I went for a walk round East Belfast with my two year old today. We saw a junior girls football match behind connswater (RIP). She said "daddy, girls can play football too!". After I did a backflip and stopped crying, I think it hit me how important "see it, be it" actually is.

'We absolutely need to invest in social housing. This home gave me the foundation for me to become the man that I am today.' We're so grateful to Craig David for backing our campaign. His story shows just how powerful & life-changing a social home can be. shltr.org.uk/SfmgE

I'm going to get the usual "aye right not with surname" gubbins, but my daughter, a Presbyterian, is signed up with East Belfast GAA. It's absurd that she would have been told she is unwelcome to play cricket in Comber. Not cause she's a protestant, but because she's a child.
