7th grade girl who box squats 1.6 times her bodyweight from a dead stop for for 5. 26.4 inch vertical on the plyomat with a beyond reasonable landing. Great sprinter, jumper, and basketball player. Get strong relative to your bodyweight and jump with resistance.

High pin squat variations are awesome when the kids are ready. In general, they feel safe and comfortable from the pins and get absolutely fired up moving real weights. This is a junior high girl. First time ever doing this.
