VT entrainment. Some of you want to learn it from the beginning. Some just want the punchline. Here's a direct link to the climax of the video, with examples of all the possible entrainment locations (isthmus, entrance, exit, bystander, outer loop, etc) youtu.be/XykkZNLm9bc?si…

A key lesson about what are we capturing of intracardiac electrograms when we do pacing maneuvers by Dr. Cooper The captured electrogram should disappear or be imbedded in the pacing artifact, so if we can find the electrogram during pacing, then the electrogram is not captured.

Varying volume of captured myocardium by different pacing output is the mechanism to understand why the different components of recorded local fractionated electrograms in scar disappear during the pacing maneuver.

The effects of increased pacing output can also be used to understand the pacing threshold during pacemaker implantation.

We need a science reset in this country. Politicians use fear to get support (by convincing people the politician will protect them). When politicians lie about "threats," it harms all of us. Let's start over with basic science and medicine education. youtu.be/ybVZ7vluYhQ?si…

Here is a link to the paper we wrote up demonstrating the importance of electrode cooling for PFA, even though the mechanism for ablation is "non-thermal." Inadequate electrode cooling could lead to char, especially if passive cooling is impaired. authors.elsevier.com/a/1l82g,siTgod…

Malinowski: A couple of years ago, Vance gave a speech.. The title was universities are the enemy. He said explicitly, because they teach ideas we disagree with. He said explicitly, we cannot achieve anything in this country as a conservative movement unless we aggressively go

In Dr. Cooper's teaching lectures on reentry VT, the activation time of the recording site occurs in the late systolic stages of QRS, and the timing between the recording site and the subsequent QRS is relatively very long; this relation remains fixed in reentrant pacing.

In reentrant pacing, (1) post-pacing interval (PPI) just tell you whether you are in the circiut or not (either inner-loop or out-loop, or even out of the VT circult) (2) The morphology of the paced QRS tell you whether you are in inner-loop or not.
