Absolutely LIVID Budget Car Rental Customer service refused to help me tonight. I asked to speak to a supervisor and said one was not available. Just appalled at lack of help. My company of 40,000 people uses their services. Rest assured I will see to it that changes immediately!

As someone who has always worked in customer service world, I cannot tell you how amazing the people are Universal Orlando Resort They are friendly, helpful, and caring. I am blown away. Their training program must be amazing.

Will NEVER fly Delta again. Flight canceled on our way to Orlando. Stranded in ATL. Now trying to leave and mechanical issues. That is fixed and flight crew times out. I have never seen such a disaster in my life. Customer service line a mile long. Gate agents unhelpful.

Next time I’m flying United Airlines Delta has ruined our vacation.
