BLM did something strange today- they put out a press release saying they were issuing a Draft EIS for Rhyolite Ridge Mine, which would drive Tiehm's buckwheat extinct. But then they said the Draft EIS wouldn't come out for another week. What gives?? Seems like a publicity stunt.
