On 5/31/13 a fire at the Southwest Inn in Houston ultimately killed 5 ff’s when the roof collapsed during suppression ops. Contributing factors were the fire burning unreported for 3 hours, high winds, poor communications, and a lack of fire sprinklers. #FireHistory #NeverForget
