Prior to this match, it’s felt like there’s been multiple players off the pace. This match, every single player has been brilliant. Really hope this performance is the start of something and not just an anomaly. There were flashes of it against United so hopefully the former

The constant acceptance, ignorance and rehabilitation of people who commit sexual assault within men’s football makes it incredibly draining to be involved in

I wasn't too keen on the idea of keeping Renee Slegers as I thought it would basically be a continuation of the previous system, but the performances post international break have been so encouraging. It's obviously a small sample size but maybe I could be persuaded...

Imagine saying a few weeks ago that we'd be scoring nine goals and conceding none over just two matches. What dreams are made of

I need to see all of the big Arsenal twitter accounts RTing this. Stand by your values and what you want the club to be.

Largely agree with this. I like the idea of giving Slegers till the end of the season, then choosing to stick or twist over summer depending on how she does. Gives the club a bigger sample size from which to judge her and ensures continuity for the rest of this season.

We need to celebrate Barbra Banda and who she is as an athlete. We also need to call out some of the media coverage around Banda and other women’s footballers. 🔗spoti.fi/4g8hGno

Really nice to see Poland qualify for #WEURO2025 after a concerted effort from their national association to invest in and develop women’s football. Having a star player like Pajor helps as well, of course! uefa.com/womenseuropean…

Ireland vs Wales is already so much more entertaining than the first leg, still cagey but at least a couple of good chances for both sides

Such sad news. What Rowling etc need to realise is that in their quest to defend women’s rights, they’ve spoken over the 1000s of women at grassroots for whom trans inclusion is a vital part of the women’s football ecosystem: a sport rooted in tolerance, community and acceptance
