Silvia Orozco received her bachelor’s in science degree in Biology with a focus in Molecular Biology from the California State University, Fullerton. Thereafter, she received her M.Sc. in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Chicago.

We had Graduate School Workshop for our NAARE scholars. Thanks to our Alumni who are provided great support and mentorship to them.

The NAARE program collaborated with UCSD to plan a campus visit to the University of California, San Diego on 10/13. Our NAARE scholars learned about the Neurosciences Graduate Program offered at the school and heard from the grad students in the program. #2023

At the Medical Education and Telemedicine Building, the NAARE scholars were able to hear perspectives from current graduate students. The students toured the Reas Lab at the Altman CTRI Building, learning about the lab's multimodal approach to understanding the brain changes.

The NAARE program collaborated with UC Irvine to plan a campus visit to the University of California, Irvine on 10/20. Our NAARE scholars learned about the Neurosciences Graduate Program offered at the school and heard from the grad students in the program.

At the Herklotz Conference Room, the NAARE scholars had an afternoon of learning by hearing perspectives from current graduate students and research from three labs, including the Green lab, the Yassa lab, and the Head lab.
