As a proud co-chair of the Neighborhood Homes Coalition, we at NAAHL applaud the House reintroduction of the Neighborhood Homes Investment Act — a bill with strong bipartisan support designed to bring more affordable, owner-occupied homes to market.

Too many communities face vacant lots, deteriorating homes, and a lack of affordable housing. The newly reintroduced Neighborhood Homes Investment Act will mobilize private investment to revitalize neighborhoods and expand homeownership opportunities for hardworking families.
