Cool, I can't go to the doctor because I need to be home, I just fucking can't go to a psychiatrist for treatment.

I just hate myself and my life, because of my idiocy I ruined my relationship with my best friend and now it has been tormenting me for 3 months, and I feel just awful and disgusted with myself.

I just lie in bed 24/7 or play the same games hoping it will make me feel better but no. Pills don't help, all I feel at home is pressure. I listen to almost white noise 24/7.
