The anti-poaching team has covered an impressive 5751 kilometres on foot over the past year—equivalent to approximately 15 kilometres every day, all year long. Thanks to the addition of two off-road vehicles, we’ve been able to enhance our patrols and strengthen ground operations

Our Special Projects team has been actively involved in urban greening initiatives, planting over 25000 trees in schools and institutions. By engaging school children in tree-planting activities, we aim to instill the importance of environmental conservation from an early age.

We've removed a total of 857 snares in 24. Commonly snared species like impala have increased in population and there are fewer reports of large mammals with wire. The large herd of buffalo in Gache Gache, numbering between 400-500, shows very few signs of being snared 🐃

Celebrating World Wetlands Day 🌿 Today, we recognise the vital role that wetlands play in maintaining a healthy ecosystem.  By rehabilitating these ecosystems we help strengthen wetlands, ensuring they continue to support diverse life for generations to come.

Tsetse Island has been thriving thanks to the high rainfall.  Many natural water pans are now at full capacity, attracting aquatic bird life. The island's vegetation is flourishing too, providing vital grazing for key species
