Today’s menu.

Whole roasted leg of lamb over the fire. Fire-roasted local peppers with garlic, parsley, and olive oil.

Plus some young artichokes we’re cooking up.

Tortelloni filled with ricotta, Parmesan, pecorino, and parsley.

Served with a sage butter sauce.

Biggest thing I’m learning in Italy is restraint— they are quite delicate with their flavors here and that’s a bit of a change for me.

Very fun to play around with.

Adding a bunch more recipes to myles.cooking this morning.

Gonna continue to add all my previously published recipes, then some brand new ones soon.

Also going to add some different categories for simple/quick meals and ones that are good for meal prep.

Very true. Lots of things to admire about Duolingo, but effectiveness is not one of them.

I'm going to Italy next week and spent the last 3.5 months learning Italian. I feel like I have a very solid foundation. Here's what worked for me.

Next week I'm traveling to Emilia-Romagna, home to the undisputed king of cheeses (Parmesan) and the undisputed king of vinegar (balsamic).

Feels like a pilgrimage to a truly special land.

This looks awesome. Its also befuddling how an industry (recipe sites) can get to a point where:

Just do the thing, and only the thing, that people came here for.

Is a game-changer.

Myles crushed the new site, love the look and feel of the whole thing

No BS, real recs from a real chef (and recent actor)

Great deal on it for the launch!

This is extremely cool, a modern AI-powered cookbook where you can also ask questions and chat with the author / chef via Delphi.

And no painful long intros to each recipe or ads!
