Had a fantastic time AxionNow Disney Lorcana Jafar #SetChamps on Saturday. Won 2, Lost 3, finished 25/32 which is good enough for me as I have not played since UK Games Expo! Delighted with my participation prize.
#AMoonfortheMisbegotten Almeida Theatre. A stunning adaptation - very strong acting, coupled with clever staging and lighting. Two people, who usually put on an act, drop their guard for one night and connect. A tour de force performance from Ruth Wilson in the central role.

#TheEstate National Theatre. Absolutely loved this new play which explores the dynamics of, and interplay between, family, money, politics and ambition. Wonderful writing and fabulous performances. The themes and story really resonated with me as a British South Asian.

#AMidsummerNightsDream Bridge Theatre. Took a theatre friend to see this last Wednesday and she loved it as much as I do! Brimful of theatre magic. Excellent ensemble cast, exceptional verse-speaking, breathtaking aerial work, and stage management that was off the scale! WOW!
#MrsWarrensProfession Nimax Theatres. Revisited this on Friday night as it is a superlative production of the play, with excellent acting and creative staging. On second viewing, the contrasting and conflicting values of Mrs Warren and her daughter really hit home. Mrs Warren's Profession

On Saturday, I went to my very first TE Lawrence Society event which was a walk around #Uxbridge. Enjoyed hearing everyone’s stories and our visit to the Battle of Britain Bunker @ RAF Uxbridge. The day stirred memories for me as I went to Brunel University of London.
#InterAlia National Theatre. A hard-hitting drama about a powerful woman attempting to juggle career, marriage and family, and an exploration of the complexities of parenting in today’s world. Provides plenty of food for thought and a real conversation starter!
