Knowing when to stop - that can be difficult can't it... exercise, thinking, arguing, eating, drinking, talking, walking, writing, reading, watching, listening... Sometimes it's hard to know when it's enough 😶

I really wish apparently 'well meaning' people would stop equating their relatively acute experiences with my chronic ones. Saying things like, ' I was so tired yesterday that I think I got to understand what it must be like for you' - can be a little bit annoying 🙁

When I'm able to do 'creative' things, no matter how small, it's very obvious how different I feel towards others. Annoyances & irritations fall away as I find better things to think about. On 'empty' days my head fills with resentments & the opposite of love. Creativity helps 🙂

Really not sure about all this emphasis on the importance of talking about how you're feeling. 'Talk to someone' is the message. But to who? The emphasis should surely be on how to listen - then people who need to talk might feel less scared about making themselves vulnerable.

Went for a lovely walk yesterday & really thought it had done me good. Boy did I get that wrong! So predictably unpredictable😶
