I had a dream last night where I was being inducted into my home town’s football club hall of fame. I quit playing football when I was 15 years old. Whole dream was about building up to making a speech where I was rejecting the induction. WTF is that all about? #AFL #AFLFinals

Since becoming aware of it, I am absolutely staggered by how frequently I instinctively reach for my phone as a reaction to something stressful. Like ‘I can’t deal with this’ <immediately reaches into pocket>. Gotta chase that dopamine! #ADHD
