Freedom Day Run long run at the Cradle🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦

A cracker of an Iron Throne Challenge 22km 1400m elevation gain. Those climbs were relentless and the descents so steep and technical. I fell 3 times each time thinking that was the last of me.😂Great training run. Just what I needed to get my head into the game for #MUT .
