Percentages are easy to manipulate without REAL numbers hence the BEE and EE gimmick will always remain a pipe dream, no matter which laws are used. Black population is over 90% so they can cherry pick who SUITS their racist agenda

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

ANC clowns cannot pass a simple budget based on populations at WARD level , they just conglomerate the numbers and it looks like is a "lot" of money yet is less than a 10th of what apartheid spent per resident in 1993. Trust them with "transformation" at your own risk

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Joburg alone has R80bn budget, it looks like its a "lot" money to anyone who has barely handled R500k Just divide it by 5.5m residents, its less than R1500 per month. So HOW exactly will they manage garbage, roads, water, electricity, clinics, bridges ,etc for 5.5m residents?

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

WHO will be doing the "affirming"? The SAME racists who created the destruction? Lets not fool ourselves with useless garbage, just design systems which will transform the country not useless programs that can easily be manipulated

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Malaysia is NOT South Africa neither was Singapore nor China under Japanese control. Apartheid was an entire system not programs , you have to work on SYSTEM to change it. Remove a piece of software does not change the operating system

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Lets assume one did not achieve better results than over 90% of Whites at school and university then received some affirmative programme. Do you think they will want a Native to be above them? Are they running a charity programme?

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

"We defeated the apartheid system" - typical garbage from ANC "leaders" Its 2025, over 80% of existing labour travels etween apartheid built "townships" and "White areas" , meaning the entire system remains fully intact ANC clowns have never designed anything in 100yrs

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

One of the greatest wonders is how some Natives still view self as some "tribe" ngathi Abelumbi invented them. Whe you say Aba-Thwa, that is WHO they are ,its self explanatory no need for "tribe", its colonial garbage hence fail to work on common cause

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Close the SETAs completely , pay people as apprentices in the SOEs , departments, military , municipalities , etc STOP trying to generate a new branch of colonial clerks like YOU

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines Should B mandatory2 relationship to citizen count. This thing about putting totals (what % of SAns can write it down in numbers?) that R way out of stratosphere of normal comprehension of figures esp when tangible money only goes to R200 note. Makes my blood boil. Smartypants ppl

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

With R80bn on SETAs over 3 years is equivalent to R30bn per annum. Would anybody die if 4 million young people are put into apprenticeships across the public system with skills ranging from admin , technical, policing, military, nursing, teaching, railways, municipalities etc

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

That is not true , its a lie promoted by ANC propagandists ALL people enter professions because they passed matric and mandatory courses at university, professional bodies require specific courses not necessarily a degree X or Y

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Young people who want to enter professions MUST READ entry requirements by that Professional Body , remember a profession is not school , you can even have a degree but without certain required results for certain courses you will NOT enter

Gen Jean-Jacques Dessalines (@mxolisibob) 's Twitter Profile Photo

No "KhoiSan" or "Bantu" people ever existed until a white man from Germany invented such groups of people , up to this day all the people who have lived in the entire Cape call themselves by their indigenous names not these descriptions
